Kata Hot Yoga is a professional yoga studio designed with modern equipment, such as dehumidifiers, an anti-bacterial rubber yoga floor and a heating system. Our yoga classes are 90 minutes. You don't have to bring anything but yourself, some water and very light (yoga) clothing. Prepare to sweat! Please come 15 minutes before class starts.

About Hot Yoga
Kata Yoga is the original Hot Yoga which means Hatha Yoga Asanas (postures) and breathing exercises in the heated room. (40 °C / 105 °F). Hatha is where all yoga is derived from. “Ha” meaning sun, “Tha” meaning moon, and ”Yoga” meaning union. Union of the sun and the moon and the energies in the body is the balance achieved through Yoga. Gentle static poses are performed for purposes of purifying and strengthening the mind, body, and spirit. Physical combined with mental practices enhance emotional development and promote stress release.

Benefits of Hot Yoga
Blood Circulation: one of the great benefits of practicing yoga is a dramatic increase of the blood circulation throughout the entire body.
